The accommodation was functional and offered a cheaper alternative to staying in Geneva city centre. The staff were courteous and the housekeeping was thorough. Having a small kitchenette in the rooms was convenient for making basic meals. the availability of free travel passes at the airport was a great advantage, allowing for easy and cost-effective transportation around the area.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartments could have been improved, as the toilets did not function properly. The air conditioning vents also needed cleaning.

I selected this hotel because it was rated as 4 star. The location was in the city and has no near facilities or playground for kidz. Also, furniture and bed linen were very low quality. Such hotel would maximum be 2 star in UAE

if you want to visit geneve and to stay at france, good value for money solution

The hotel is quite close to the tram/bus to Geneva center, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms have a small fridge, two stove top rings, and a microwave, which is great for those who prefer to cook their own meals. the hotel is located near a supermarket and take-away food options, providing convenience for guests.

The hotel's rooms are described as old and tired, which may not be appealing to some guests.

We have stayed at the hotel several times and again had a pleasant visit, with Wifi services working much better than before. Location, kitchen, room size, services were all excellent.

We were satisfied and have no complaints.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a blast. The location was perfect for exploring the city and also had easy access to public transportation. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful and added to the festive atmosphere. The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette which was great for making meals. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially in the bathroom. The towels provided were quite old and worn out.

Excellent location, excellent value for money, close to Swiss border, 300 m to tram stop in Geneva, close to a supermarket, and a lovely bakery, free parking, all the necessary equipment in the kitchenette, wifi connection a bit slow but enough to check emails. Temperature in the room is regulated by reception (you need to ask them), friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again and recomment to friends. Also stayed in Park&Suites Lugrin, again impressed with value for money ratio (indeed quite difficult to find). PS Hotel name sign was changed and when we visited at the beginning of Nov it was Park & Suites Elegance Gaillard.

Water in bathtub would not drain away, in the first studio we had no knife, but upon request staff provided us with it.

We spent a wonderfull stay in this hotel. We were in a fully equipped flat. The staff is very helpfull. It's a good value for money next to geneva!!!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the reasonable price and good location of this hotel. It was situated not far from the city center, making it easy to access through public transport. there were several shops around where we found everything we needed. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to cook our own meals.

During our stay, there was no air conditioning working, and the street noise was quite loud, which meant we needed to open the window. we felt a bit uneasy walking around the surroundings during the late hours.

5 minute walk to tram into Geneva,kitchen facilities handy and separate bedroom made it spacious.

Difficult to locate as the sign is for My Suites, not Park & Suites. Maintenance is poor with sink adrift from kitchen bench and toilet flush adrift.

The name of hotel is my suite and there is another appartments in town with name of park and suite (reception was closed) lot of confusion due to this. I was about to checkin anoter hotel when someone told me about my suite. In town it is difficult to ask about hotel as hardly any one speak english .
